The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) Full RSMeans data library POP 1/31/2025 to 1/30/2026 . This requirement is sole sourced to RSMeans Company, LLC, 30 Patewood Drive Building 2, Suite 350 Greenville, SC 29615 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to proprietary database.
