Description:
The Work To Be Done Shall Consist Of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, And Equipment Necessary To Construct The Proposed Fulwood Park Street & Drainage Improvements As Shown On The Construction Drawings. In General, The Construction Consists Of Removing Existing Drainage Structures, Install Proposed Erosion Control, Drainage Structures, And Rip Rap. Milling, Curb And Gutter Replacement, And Resurfacing All Streets Within The Park And All Associated Measures For The Complete Project. Time Allotted For Completion Of Work Is 45 Consecutive Calendar Days To Substantial Completion. Work Shall Be Complete And Ready For Contract Close-out With 60 Consecutive Calendar Days. The Work Will Be Awarded In One (1) Contract. A Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held On October 15, 2025, At 11:00 A.m. Local Time At W & A Office, 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Ga. 31794.
