This is a notice of intent(NOI), not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested.
National Institute of Health-s Clinical Center (CC) intends to award a Purchase Order to Celmer OD Solutions LLC on a sole source basis for a quality consulting services, course delivery, and assistance to the Office of Workforce Management and Development (OWMD) staff in facilitating the NIH CC Fundamentals of Supervision scheduled for 2025-2029. The Consultant will provide curriculum design and organizational effectiveness consultation services to the National Institute of Health-s CC, OWMD staff. The contractor will work directly with the NIH CC Office of Workforce Management and Development and provide tailored curriculum design, course materials, course facilitation, and consultation to meet NIH CC specific needs.
Scope of Work:
The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the task(s) as described in paragraphs 3.0 of this performance work statement. The contractor shall provide quality consulting services, course delivery, and assistance to the OWMD staff in facilitating the NIH CC Fundamentals of Supervision scheduled for 2025-2026. The Consultant will provide curriculum design and organizational effectiveness consultation services to the National Institute of Health-s CC, OWMD staff. The contractor will work directly with the NIH CC Office of Workforce Management and Development and provide tailored curriculum design, course materials, course facilitation, and consultation to meet NIH CC specific needs.

TASK 1: CC Fundamentals of Supervision - Embracing Your Role: Supervisory Strengths, Styles, and Self-Awareness Training (includes interpretation of SDI Instrument).
TASK 2: CC Fundamentals of Supervision - Giving Effective Feedback” (Day 3 Federal Employee Performance and Conduct Management” module).
