- The County is soliciting proposals, on behalf of the Orange County Housing Finance Trust (OCHFT), from qualified Respondents, for Fundraising and Grant Writing Consulting Services. The OCHFT intends that the successful Respondent(s) shall provide the Fundraising and Grant Writing Consulting Services proposed in accordance with the expanded description in the Scope of Work set forth in Section III and terms and conditions set forth in the Model Contract of this Request for Proposal (RFP).The Contract(s) awarded through this solicitation is/are anticipated to be for a fixed monthly fee. The annual budget for these services is approximately $60,000-$80,000.
