Description:
THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event. PURPOSE. The Department of Administration, on behalf of The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), requests proposals to furnish and deliver peat and peat/soil mix for the State Forest Nursery located at 13885 State Highway 64, Akeley, MN 56433. CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to run from September 23, 2024, thru December 31, 2024, with the option to extend up to an additional (1) year, in increments determined by the State. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS: The deadline for submitting questions is September 11, 2024, Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Molly Gunderson at Molly.Gunderson@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
