In addition to filling out the pricing information below, please submit a technical data sheet/brochure for the product being offered. This technical data sheet/brochure will be utilized to determine if the technical specifications listed above are met.
The contractor shall provide all material required to properly install new 4 ft. wide aluminum ramps with 5- X 5- platforms as required. Length determined by contractor to meet ADA requirements as defined in quotations. See Section 2.1 for description of ramps to be installed for this contract.
Contractor must install commercial ramps in accordance with ADA requirements. All installation materials and tools to be provided by the contractor.
An award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The offers received will be ranked based on price from lowest to highest. Once the ranking has been determined, evaluations will be conducted starting with the lowest priced offer. Once two (2) offers have been determined technically acceptable, evaluations will be concluded and an award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. - Documents:
