Description:
PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a Contract for a complete turnkey project for the removal and disposal of a chiller, furnishment of a replacement chiller of equal size and specifications, and installation of replacement chiller. All modifications to install the new chiller such as, but not limited to, supply and return water lines, glycol lines, and electrical connections must be provided by the Contractor. All labor, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary for removal and installation must be included. Contractor will supply all heavy equipment necessary including, but not limited to, a crane, forklift and rigging equipment. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place on January 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT at the Perpich Center for Arts Education. Responders must attend the pre-proposal meeting prior to submitting their response. Responses received from responders that did not attend the pre-proposal meeting will be rejected. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Craig Fernholz, Acquisition Management Specialist, via email at craig.fernholz@state.mn.us by January 15, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
