- The general requirements is for the selected vendor/contractor to:1.) Procure a new set of PAPIs and REILs for Runways 7, 25, 18 & 36 (4 sets total) at Albert Whitted Airport.2.) Remove the existing PAPIs/REILs and install the new sets.3.) Test and assure that new lighting systems are functioning correctly.4.) In coordination with the Airport, schedule and participate in the required FAA flight check to certify the new PAPIs for flight operations.
