***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE The purpose of the solicitation is to solicit responses to contract with a vendor to provide ten (10) Track Chairs for the Department of Natural Resources. The preferred model requested is the Action Trackchair® ST22 or state approved equivalent. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Molly.Gunderson@state.mn.us no later than 3:00 p.m. CT, February 25, 2025. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
