This is the "OFFICIAL" announcement regarding a requirement to provide Sustainment Capabilities and Integration Directorate (SCDID) Army Modernization Sustainment Support Services for the Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) Fort Lee, Virginia. The intent of this requirement is to obtain services for one (1) base year and four (4) option years, to provide This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Army Modernization Support Services in support of the Army Modernization Strategy (AMS) to realize Multi- Domain Operations by 2030 in support of the National Security Strategy (NSS), National Defense Strategy (NDS), National Military Strategy (NMS), Defense Planning Guidance, and Capstone Concept for Joint Operations.. The offeror shallbe responsible for all standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract performance willbegin 28 September 2025.The requirement is solicited as a 100% competitive 8(a) set aside. The North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) code for this acquisition 541990- All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.
