Special Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 2, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13210 intends to award a firm-fixed priced contract to Syracuse Energy Concessionaire, LLC. for the supply and transportation of steam utility to the medical center.This contract action is a service for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for the requirement is 221330. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability in meeting this requirement by submitting such information by 3:00pm, EST, on Monday, September 22, 2025, via email to julie.mccann@va.gov.
