Special Notice Synopsis:
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to use other than full and open competition to award a modification to existing contract N0002425C5239 with Raytheon Company in Largo, Florida. Contract N0002425C5239 was originally awarded to Raytheon on 26 November 2024 as a sole-source contract for Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Design Agent Engineering Services. The contract modification will increase contract scope to acquire government purpose data rights for Raytheon-s Independent Research & Development (IR&D)-developed software, supporting the expansion of network operations beyond line-of-sight.
