The project consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment IAW SOW dated 3 Aug 2024 necessary to:A. Crack seal 30,000 LF of asphalt pavementB. Provide and install 4146 LF preformed elastomeric joint sealC. Repair defective manhole structures/coversD. Excavate, as necessary, to support other repair tasks.E. Repair 1000 SF-IN of concrete spallsF. Pave with 2 inches of FAA Mix using up to 5 Tons FAA Mix (PG 76-22 binder).G. Reseed areas disturbed by earthwork excavation.
