Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), Network Contracting Office 8 intends to negotiate a sole-source contract under the authority of FAR part 13.106-1(b). The associated NAICS code for this service is 339113 with a size standard of 800 Employees and PSC Code 6530. The identified vendor is Hill-Rom Services, which it is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), now under Baxter.The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a notice of intent to award a single-source procurement action and is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation package is available.
