The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking contractors for the Muskegon Harbor Maintenance Dredging Construction project located in Muskegon, Michigan.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a firm fixed-fixed price construction contract for the following construction services.
This project consists of Mobilize dredge to Muskegon Harbor and dredge between the upstream and downstream limits and place material as shown on the plans. Demobilize when dredging work is completed. Should Option(s) be awarded; the intent is to mobilize dredge to Muskegon Harbor in 2026 and dredge between the upstream and downstream limits and place material and demobilize when dredging work is completed.
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued as a firm fixed-price contract competitive Small Business Set-Aside.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction (Dredging), which as a small business size standard of $37 million, Product Service Code Y1KF - Construction of Dredging facilities.
