PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for construction Project# 756-25-100, Install Water Booster Pumps, located at El Paso VA Main Clinic located on 5001 North Piedras Street, El Paso, TX 79930. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to replace existing Canariis pump system with a new Canariis pump system or equal and install a new AquaForce VS booster Pump Model Number: 46SV22GK4F60V34, Station Model Number: V2VHE6K22D2K 15HP 2/60/3 TEPE 362 2STG. AquaForce VS pump will be provided by the government.The work includes all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment to include but not limited to the existing plumbing connections, headers and suspension tank. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, drawings and all applicable local and VA building codes of the solicitation (when available).This project shall be procured as 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a standard size of $45M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contract awardee shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, training, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications & drawings that shall be provided. The VA plans to issue an IFB on or about December 23, 2024 via SAM.gov. A site visit shall be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation.
