This is a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone and email (e) DUNS/SAM UEI number (f) Cage Code (g) Tax ID Number (h) type of small business, e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business HUBZone business and (i) must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described below.Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office East (RPO East), Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) located at the NYH Health Care System Brooklyn Campus 800 Poly Place Brooklyn, NY 11209 have a requirement for a contractor to provide 16 Rooms *Each room has 4 Vacuum outlet (64 total outlets) need to be replaced. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and tools required to perform tasks for ICU 11th floor in 16 rooms and each room, 4 vacuum outlets (64 outlets in total), at the Brooklyn Campus of the NY Harbor Healthcare System, Department of Veterans Affairs. 1. Contractor shall furnish all parts and labor to accomplish the task removing old vacuum outlets and installing the new ones for ICU on the 11th floor. 2. Contractor will be coordinating with our Plumbing shop, due to any medical and non-medical utilities are shutdown (ONLY) by Engineering staff if needed.3.
