This Sources Sought is for the Bath VA Medical Center located at 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810, and the Canandaigua VA Medical Center located at 400 Fort Hill Road, Canandaigua, NY 14424, who have a requirement for Energy Control Procedure (ECP)/Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) Services for one (1) base year and four (4) provisional option years.
