Description
The Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to assist in identifying potential sources capable of providing support of the Resource Management Support Services. The period of performance is three years with a total contract estimated value of $3,939,926.70. The requirement is for mission critical services which must support the Office of the Provost Marshal General. This contract must provide services that possess the right balance of formal education and experience to provide assistance with the daily coordination and operations in the areas of Budget and Programming for Office of the Provost Marshal General, Defense Forensics and Biometrics Agency and the Army Corrections Command.
Resource Management Support:
The contractor shall assist with the monitoring of the financial status of the OPMG family of programs by using the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) system to analyze and track fund expenditures. The contractor shall assist with supporting OPMG with Army Audit Readiness (AAR) for policy and liaison between the AAR Team and Resource Management. The contractor shall assist supporting and coordinating with the Knowledge Management (KM) effort with the OPMG KM Team for policy and efforts and keep leadership informed and provide regular updates. The contractor shall assist with coordination of the tasker tracker for the HQDA Staff Action Tracking System for Resource Management. The contractor shall assist the Military Human Resource Specialist with pulling reports, tracking military leave, assisting with award packages and responding to inquiries in the absence of the Military HR Specialist. The contractor will have the appropriate access to military personnel records and systems.
