- During the term of this Services Agreement, the awarded vendor shall act as the CONTRACTOR for ACHD. CONTRACTOR shall perform the following Scope of Work, which is intended to serve as minimum guideline for the performance of the Custodial Services requested.All prospective respondents are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Submission Meeting and Site Visit 10:00 am on Monday, July 21, 2025. 3775 Adams Street, Garden City, Idaho 83714, in the conference room, \"Garden City\". Following the meeting, a mandatory walkthrough of the facilities will be conducted. During this meeting, ACHD will guide on preparing and submitting proposals. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.Failure to attend will result in your proposal being deemed Non-Responsive and therefore ineligible for consideration.
