The Dade County, Board Of Education (the Board), Pursuant To The Provisions Of O.c.g.a. § 36-91-1, Et. Seq., Herein Seeks Competitive Proposals From General Contractors For The Project Known As Modifications To Buildings 2011 & 2020: Dade Elementary School, Located At 306 Wolverine Drive Trenton, Ga 30752 (the Project). In General, The Project Includes The Removal And Replacement Of Roofing And Hvac Systems. The Project Also Includes All Associated Electrical, Mechanical, Roofing, Ceiling, Painting And Other Work Noted In The Construction Documents. The Requirements For The Construction Of The Project, And The Duties And Responsibilities Of The Contractor Whose Proposal Is Accepted (¿successful Contractor¿), Are Set Forth In The Contract Documents Which Include The Instructions To Proposers; The Contract For Construction, And Incorporated General Conditions (the ¿contract¿); Any Supplementary And Other Conditions; The Drawings; The Specifications; And Any Addenda Issued By The Architect.
