The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum, NY is seeking to identify multiple Small Businesses with the interest and resources to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Ground Maintenance/Snow and Ice Removal Services under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730 Landscaping Services. The small business size standard for this industry is $9.5 million in average annual revenue. The Product Service Code is S208 Landscaping/Groundskeeping Services.
Service projects under the BPA would include but not be limited to the following: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all pavement clearance services, to include street sweeping and snow, ice and sand removal services, on paved driving/parking areas and side roads, as described and defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Part 4 Contractor Furnished Items and Services.
