The contractor will perform the specific requirements and logistics for the reservation, set-up, and support of one Ballroom and three Breakout rooms equipped with comprehensive audio/visual facilities at the South Point Hotel, Las Vegas Nevada from 15-21 June 2025. The conference will be attended by up to 550 personnel. The contractor will be responsible for the specific requirements and logistics for the reservation, set-up, and support of one Ballroom and three Breakout rooms equipped with comprehensive audio/visual facilities at the South Point Hotel, Las Vegas Nevada from 15-21 June 2025. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary Ballrooms and Breakout rooms, along with comprehensive audio/visual support, to facilitate the gathering of AFSPECWAR senior leadership. The winning quote will be selected from the lowest priced technically acceptable quote If the initial lowest priced quote is not technically acceptable and awardable, evaluation of the next lowest priced quote for technical acceptability will occur and will continue so forth until the lowest priced technically acceptable.
