The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell Air Force Base AFB, AL, is seeking a non-personal services contract to provide Air Force Reserve Officers- Training Corps Instruction Support Services (AFRISS). Consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37.104 guidance, the Government will not exercise relatively continuous supervision or control over Contractor personnel performing the services herein. The Contractor is responsible for the management, supervision, performance and conduct of Contractor personnel. The intent is to ensure that this service contract does not evolve into a prohibited personal services contract through government assumption of control or supervision of Contractor employees. The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, including delivery, assembly, disassembly, and training on equipment. All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking information from industry to assist in determining what types of products and capabilities are available in the market for this type of requirement outlined in the attached DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS).

The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought.2.
