The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8 intends to negotiate a sole source contract under the authority of FAR part 8.405-6(a). The associated NAICS code for this service is 541519 with a size standard of $34.0M and PSC Code 7A21.The identified vendor is Minburn Technology Group as equipment manufacturer authorize representative. The contractor shall provide Biopoint Patient ID, Biopoint BPOC, and Biopoint Tracker software licenses and the support thereof ( Biopoint Services ). A service contract for a base year and four (4) one-year options is anticipated and shall be awarded. Minburn Technology Group is the only authorized vendor to provide availability of patches, updates, enhancements, and new versions of the software. They have the qualified personnel, access to manufacture software maintenance publications and proprietary diagnostic software that is not available to 3rd party vendors. Furthermore, Advarra Inc. has established a Small Business reseller partnership with Minburn Technology Group to meet the needs of the VA throughout the US, about SDVOSB set asides. Minburn Technology Group currently provides contract administration services to many customers across the VA. They are currently the only authorized SDVOSB reseller of Biopoint products to the VA. Furthermore, Nasa/Goddard Flight Center awarded a contract to Minburn Technology Group sole representative for Biopoint products and services on the NASA SEWP V Contract # NNG15SD34B, Group B SDVOSB. All quotes and invoices will be issued on behalf of Minburn Technology Group. Orders are to be issued to Minburn Technology Group.
