FY25 Clouter Creek The work consists of furnishing all plant, equipment, labor, transportation, fuel, lubricant, supplies and materials, and performing all operations in connection with moving earthen materials within Clouter Creek Placement Area. Work will include but not be limited to the creation and deepening of drainage ditches, clearing of the site, minor repair of dikes, berms and ramps, and appurtenant items. This work is located in Berkeley County, South Carolina.
