Pre-Solicitation Notice for PROJECT NO. 671-22-198 UPDATE CLC HVAC SYSTEM, Community Living Center (CLC) Building of Audie L. Murphy Memorial Hospital is located at 7400 Merton Minter St., San Antonio, TX 78229.PRESOLICITATION NOTICEThis document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for minor construction Project# 671-22-198, Update CLC HVAC System. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and services required to upgrade and repair the HVAC, steam, chill water, and hot water systems at the Community Living Center (CLC) Building of Audie L. Murphy Memorial Hospital, located at 7400 Merton Minter St., San Antonio, TX 78229. The work includes, but is not limited to including general construction, demolition, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and controls upgrades, modifications, and repairs of the existing 2-story CLC Building. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and services required to upgrade and repair the HVAC, steam, chill water, and hot water systems. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA building codes. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a standard size of $19M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract awardee shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, training, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications & drawings provided.
