Description
This is the official solicitation for the FY25 Concrete and Paving Recompete at JB MDL NJ. Please read through the solicitation in its entirety and view all attachments, as well as any possible future amendments.
In accordance with the Statement of Work, the work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, supervision, and permits required for concrete and paving. This contract is for the repair of existing concrete and installation of new horizontal and vertical concrete work, asphalt paving, excavation, asphalt removal, leveling, grading, compaction, aggregate, applying tack coats, pavement striping, any associated utility work required by the contract area, utility mark outs, and secondary electric mark outs for JB MDL, as specified by individual task orders, in accordance with the technical specific. The delivery date for the individual task orders will vary dependent upon the work required, hence, a specific delivery date cannot be provided for this section. All work performed under this contract shall conform to the best practices of the trade or class or work involved and shall be executed in a careful and orderly manner by workman skilled in their respective trades. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications or to current industry standards when not specified.
**SITE VISIT NOTE**: PLEASE FILL OUT ATTACHMENT J-11 EAL AND SEND AT LEAST THREE (3) DAYS BEFORE ACCESS IS NEEDED.
