SUBJECT: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement to FY25 Concrete Project - National Animal Disease Center in Ames, Iowa.

DESCRIPTION: The work includes concrete repairs, installations, and safety guardrail replacements in four areas on the Ames USDA campus. Complete specifications and drawings will be provided with the solicitation.
MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
SOLICITATION PERIOD: A request for proposal is scheduled to release on or about May 30, 2025. Proposals will be due on or about June 30, 2025.
The acquisition will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Request for Proposal (12505B25R0015) using the Contract Opportunities on the sam.gov website.
