The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827, intends to award a firm-fixed-price base plus options sole source contract for Conmed Airseal Insufflators Preventative and Corrective Maintenance service to Lovell Government Services Inc, 223 W Gregory St. Pensacola, FL 32502, United States.This procurement is for a Sole Source Justification in accordance with FAR 13.501(a), where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6 but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2.
