The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors capable of providing preventative maintenance on twenty-two (22) air-conditioning units at the James J. Peters VA Medical Facility, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about January 17, 2025, to be posted to sam.gov. The Period of Performance of the Base Year is 2/17/2025 through 2/14/2026 with four one-year option periods. This requirement is being solicited as a service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
