Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to test environmental conditions of Critical and Non-Critical Spaces at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612, and the Primary Care Annex, 13515 Lake Terrace Lane, Tampa, Florida 33637. Environmental conditions of critical spaces include Temperature (F), Humidity (%RH), supply air (cfm), return/exhaust (cfm), and air changes per hour (ACH) shall be recorded and certified. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to change Bag-in-Bag-out HEPA filters at the James A Haley VA Medical Center main campus, and to test, calibrate and certify, eight ISO 5 Biological hoods at Buildings 1, 2, 38, and 100, per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
