This project will replace the HVAC system including the building chiller and associated pumps, 5 Central Station Air Handling Units and associated Variable Air Volume Boxes, installation of a new hydronic reheat system, and implementation of new DDC Controls along with modernizing the sterile processing department for building 1585. A new layout for the sterilization department will provide a three-room standard template for decontamination, sterile assembly and sterile storage. The sterilization department will move from the second floor to the first floor. The existing sterilization department will be converted to a different use.
