This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote, and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336999, All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a business that can provide a Brand Name Transcraft TA or an Equal Electric Towing Cart. It must be ideal for food cart towing. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, FAX, Email, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Identifier Code (UEI), Socio-Economic Category i.e.,(SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc.) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence that your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contracts for the same requirements, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company's capabilities.
