This project should improve safety, quality, productivity and reduce costs in Mississippi healthcare.The Healthcare Lean Certificate Training must be based on the six fundamental Lean principles:· Strategic focus based on serving the patients- needs· Eliminate waste in all processes· Improve patient flow through the organization· Build process quality into every system· Respect for people with teamwork· Kaizen - Continuous process improvementThis project must be based and offered in a central location in Mississippi for Critical Access Hospitals.
