Description
The 496th ABS Contracting Flight will be conducting a virtual Industry Day scheduled for Friday, 11 April 2025 at 10:00 AM Central European Time. The sole purpose of the Industry Day is to provide prospective offerors details on the Highest Technically Rated Offeror(HTRO) evaluation process being utilized in the future MACC solicitation as well as provide government responses/feedback to proposed questions pertaining to the draft solicitation documents provided on an earlier date. This event is NOT intended for contractors to present their capabilities and will be held online only. Details regarding connecting to the online stream are forthcoming. Contractors wishing to attend the virtual event must RSVP by email to either one of the POCs below no later than 8 April 2025 at 12:00 PM Central European Time.

The RSVP must contain:

The company name
The names and email addresses of attendees (limited to 3 attendees per company in the TEAMS conference)

Upon receipt of the RSVP, a confirmation of receipt will be sent from one of the Government representatives with further information regarding the conference.

Attendance to the Industry Day is not mandatory for contractors interested in proposing on the upcoming RFP; however, it is highly recommended.
