The 496th Air Base Squadron, Contracting Flight, Moron AB, Spain is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested sources capable of providing a broad range of design-build, sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation and minor construction projects, to include residential and commercial work for the Morón Air Base Military Community. The performance of services will be accomplished under a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the procurement path of this requirement. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement.
