    AMENDMENT # 10 TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE DESCRIPTION DETAILS The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield a minimum of 4,300 to a maximum of 4,347 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of Medical Office and related space in Miami, Florida for use as a Vet Center. Only Existing buildings will be considered. The Space offered shall be in a Building that has already undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. The space must be located outside the 100-Year Floodplain and must have a minimum of 20 parking spaces for exclusive use of the VAThe space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2027.
