Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, will be publishing Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) # 36C248-25-R-0110 with the intent of awarding a lease with sufficient rentable square footage to yield a minimum of 15,250 to a maximum of 15,308 contiguous ABOA square feet of Medical Office and related space in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. The space shall have a minimum of 87 parking spaces available. A lease up to 15 Years will be considered.New and Existing buildings will be considered. However, if not a New Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will undergo, by occupancy, a complete modernization or adaptive reuse of the Space with modern conveniences.
