THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE OF A SET-ASIDE FOR SDVOSB Bid-Build (B/B) Refresh Hemodialysis, Project # 516-23-117. This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLE VETERANS OWNED SMALL BUSINESS(SDVOSB): This solicitation is being issued as a Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institution Building Construction with a size standard of $45M. The VAAR 836.204 magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. This project will be Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside, as stated above. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) project # 516-23-117 BB Refresh Hemodialysis, at the Bay Pines Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, St Petersburg, FL 33744, RFP #. 36C24825R0034. Contractor shall completely prepare site for operations IAW the provided drawings and specifications and furnish labor and materials and perform work for project # 516-23-117 BB Refresh Hemodialysis, at the Bay Pines Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
