MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Pursuant to VAAR 836.204 (f)(2) $2,000,000 and $5,000.000. 3. Site Visit: A site visit for this requirement is scheduled to occur on Wednesday July 2, 2025. Participants are to meet at 09:00 AM, at the Bruce W. Carter Miami VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125 at the West Patio Entrance. 4. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Request for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted in writing (only) by the prime contractor, through email to the Points of Contact listed above. No RFIs by telephone will be accepted. The cutoff for submission of RFIs is 1:00 PM (EST), Tuesday, July 8, 2025. RFIs email should include VA SOLICITATION NO. 36C24825R0114 Bid Build Project: 546-24-119, Replace Roof on Building 7 at Miami VA Medical Center. Responses will be provided in a Question-and-Answer format to all offerors via Standard Form (SF) 30 Amendment to the Solicitation.
