THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE OF A SET-ASIDE FOR SDVOSB Bid-Build (B/B) Upgrade Facility Security, Phase II, Project # 673-18-617. This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLE VETERANS OWNED SMALL BUSINESS(SDVOSB): This solicitation is being issued as a Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institution Building Construction with a size standard of $45M. The VAAR 836.204 magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. This project will be Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside, as stated above. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) project # 673-18-617 Bid-Build (BB) Upgrade Facility Security Phase II, at the James A. Haley Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612, RFP #. 36C24825R00XX. Contractor shall install and integrate a new Personal Identity Verification (PIV), Physical Access Control System (PACS), and replacement of selected doors and equipment as required by the project design documents. as required by the drawings and specifications included in this acquisition package.
