The Network Contracting Office-8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, intends to solicit and award acontract to provide Preventative Maintenance and Inspection Services of the Emergency Management Mobile Fleet Assets at the Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System facility in Orlando, Florida. The performance period for this contract will be one (1) year base from the date of award plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811111, with a related small business size standard of $9 million.The proposed action is for a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. This solicitation will be set aside for 100% Small Business. The solicitation will be posted on or about August 29, 2025, via the sam.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, August 07, 2025.It is the responsibility of the quoter to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to thesolicitation.
