The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 6140 batteries, rechargeable.The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) is seeking to identify interested contractors who can manufacture or provide the required uninterruptible power supplies with remote services to provide 1.3KWH per day for 3 days (40 to 96 hours) that can provide back up for medication and Vaccine refrigerators for 120/240 Voltage. a. Batteries must be standing alone unit and ready to plug and play.b. Batteries must not require vendor or license contractor installation and must be able to be relocated by facility management.c. Battery unit must fit within 1 to 1.5 square foot footprint, can be against the wall and does not require ventilation.d. Battery unit must be less than 20 inches wide, no larger than 12 inches deep.e. Battery unit must not be taller than 63 inches and weight must not exceed 500lbs.f. Battery unit must have capabilities to provide alerts if a power outage occurs.g. Battery unit must have a low battery audible alarm alert.h. Battery unit must have remote monitoring capabilities. i.
