Vendor shall provide Next Business Day Response to all plotter locals. This On-Site service to include repairs or replacement parts necessary to keep subject equipment in proper operating condition. Vendor will make any necessary adjustments to keep equipment in proper operating condition. Vendor shall replace parts at no charge as part of this maintenance agreement, except for those parts, which by their nature are considered consumables. - Documents:
