Update 0004 and 0005: AMENDMENT 002 - Bid Due Date and Opening Date/Time has been extended to June 23 2025. During Update 0002, the contract specialist updated the PIEE posting to reflect the new bid due date time (1 pm), but PIEE lists this change as a second amendment. However, this change occurred in Amendment 1. Update 0003 is adding this clarification to the description.
