Solicitation and all attachments shall be downloaded from Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/.Solicitation W912HV25B0007 for the FY25 ZNRE224305P2 Improve Military Family Housing PAIP 9 Phase 2, Yokota Air Base, Japan. This project provides whole house interior and exterior modernization, renovation and repair of thirty-two (32) housing units at Yokota Air Base (O-1 to O-5 three-bedroom military family housing townhouse units). Please read entire solicitation for details on pre-bid conference, site visit date and time, and RFI due date and time. 02 April 2025 - The Pre Bid Conference Attendance Sheet, Pre Bid Conference Slides, and Site Visit Attendance Sheet have been uploaded to the solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.14 April 2025 - Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to (1) extend the RFI due date to 28 April 2025, (2) extend the bid due date to 13 August 2025, and (3) revise the clauses and provisions to comply with Executive Orders. 08 July 2025 - Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to issue RFI responses and revise drawings/specifications. 21 July 2025 - Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid due date to 22 August 2025. 30 July 2025 - Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer late RFIs. 13 August 2025 - Amendment 0005 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid opening to 01 October 2025.
