Description:
The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP), acting on behalf of its participating members, invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for Period of Contract for the following highway supplies and services: FY26-10A Central Berkshire County PavingBid packages are available starting Project Release Date through BRGPPs OpenGov online procurement portal found at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/berkshire-planning.Bids must be submitted through the online procurement portal no later than Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time. Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud via Zoom.All bids for services are subject to the prevailing wage rates as per Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27F inclusive and Chapter 30, Section 39M. A 5% bid deposit, in the form of a bid bond or certified check, is required unless specified in the bid package.All bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for the following approved classes of work:FY26-10A Pavement Surfacing with an estimated value for the following county subsection:Central: $995,804.85As the awarding authority, BRGPP and its participants reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in total or in part, and to take whatever action is deemed most favorable to the best interest of all participants. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
