- ACHD is seeking qualified vendors to provide removal and disposal services of nuisance, contaminated, and biohazard waste that is found to be within the public right-of-way. Services include, but are not limited to, the removal of household waste, debris, and abandoned items; prompt response to service requests; adherence to scheduled cleanup times; and proper documentation of each assignment. Vendors must be licensed and bonded to work in the right-of-way.Note: All questions or requests for clarification regarding this Invitation to Bid, including the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents, must be submitted only in writing through the “Questions and Answers” section of the ACHD eProcurement Portal, no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
