This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a non-competitive requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); the number is 36C10B26Q0007.The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown NJ intends to enter into a contract on a basis other than full and open competition for the Aperta software applications.
